More encodings for font names have been added (fixes problem with Marlett font). Also some bugs have been fixed as usual. David Fisher of the I-Browse team is quoted in Total Amiga magazine: "There wil be... a 68k version which will run under MorphOS, classics under OS3.x, and Amithlon. Whether we do a native MorphOS version has not yet been decided - once the OS4 version is complete we will evaluate the situation."

David Burstrom was interviewed together with David Fisher. It was Fisher who answered that one.

DigiFilter is a simple application for digital FIR filter design. Filter frequency response is not limited to typical lowpass, highpass, bandpass and bandstop. It can be graphically designed to any shape instead. The program uses windowing technique with rectangle, triangle, Blackman and Kaiser windows. Maximum number of taps is 2048. Both designed frequency response and set of calculated tap multipliers may be saved to a file. DigiFilter is available in the download section and on Aminet. The program is freeware.

This is a call to all AmiATLAS users!

AmiATLAS has a size of over 10.000 with roughly 600MB of data which is hard to maintain.

The current members are very busy with other projects!

That's the reason for this call to all amiga/MorphOS users and existing AmiATLAS users who could help with this project.

MLdonkey is a multi-platform multi-networks peer-to-peer client. Originally, it was the first open-source client to access the eDonkey network. The protocol was 'reverse-engineered' using an efficient protocol sniffer, Pandora.

Changes in the MorphOS release package:
  • new build 2.6.3 (please checkout 'Read more')
  • tools (ed2k_hash, get_range, make_torrent, etc.) added again
  • new server.ini
  • up-to-date guardian.p2p
  • "MLdonkey" startscript changed to handle mlnet.pid after system crash and different locations of the settings directory
  • updated documentation (... and please RTFM!)
