The new Wayfarer release comes with following changes

- Implemented ClearKey DRM support for HLS media streams
- Implemented HLS stream quality switching accessible from the media popup
- Added configurable touch events emulation (think Youtube-Mobile seeking slider)
- Refactored the HLS player to allow MPEG-TS playback
- Live HLS streams now start playing closer to the current time
- Improved stream end position reporting to get some streaming services correctly skip to next stream after playing ads
- Updated libcurl

While not very popular these days, ClearKey encryption is still being used by some live streaming services. Wayfarer will now play those streams (https://tv.nrk.no for example).

The touch events emulation makes it possible to seek on mobile Youtube again.

Bigfoot has opened a bounty to improve the OpenGL support and add new drivers for Radeon graphics cards. The bounty consists of a total of five projects:
