MS Tools 1.0

This toolbox provides tools for reading Microsoft Office document. It starts with a tool for reading binary Microsoft Word files (.doc). These tools are a MUI class and a library. Test programs demonstrate the functions.

Do you ever dreamed to start any application from every (public) screen without the need
to switch to the Ambient screen or remember hotkeys?

Now you can!

This screenbar module opens a popup menu if you click on the butterfly symbol in your screenbar.
There you can select the application you want to start!

The best is that you are able to configure the menu with a simple text file which has to be placed
in SYS:Data/Screenbar/AppLauncher/config.

The default config file includes all standard Applications, Utilities and Tools!

The rtf.mcc MUI class decode and display files in RTF document format. This Format is a exchange format to display documents on different systems. It exists a context menu in this class to export RTF to PDF. Pagebreaks and textwraping is supported.

The demo prog have a shell interface. So you can use it to display RTF's with Ambient filetypes. But don't forget a "c:stack 1000000" entry in filetypes, or you get an MorphOS exeption !

Finnish Amiga Users Group holds its 11th Saku event in Oulu, Finland on Saturday, September 22nd.

The event will feature many classic Amiga setups from A500 to A4000, FPGA computers like Minimig and MIST, and next generation systems from MorphOS machines to AmigaOne X5000.

The The Commodore Story documentary film will be shown on a big screen, and there will be a presentation about AmiKit X emulation package. One lucky visitor will also win a free copy of AmiKit X.

There will be several game competitions to attend and the best players will be awarded. The latest Amiga Future magazines are available for reading, as well as older magazines from all decades.

Admittance is free of charge and refreshments will be available. Saku 2018 will start at 14:00 on September 22nd at Oulun Tetra ground floor conference room at Mäkelininkatu 31.
