The german issues 39 and 51 of the Amiga Future are out of stock. Because of that you can read the two magazines (amongst many other issues) online at http://www.amigafuture.de/forum/kb.php?mode=cat&cat=10 .
The issue 66 has been released recently and is available in our online shop. Just now we work hard on issue 67.

No. 67 will be the first Amiga Future issue being published in German and English.

We ask all interested users to order issue 67 as soon as possible because we'll print only the preordered amount plus a small reserve.

Due to the fact that some issues of the Amiga Future have been sold out in the meantime we have put new full versions for free download on the Amiga Future homepage.

You can download them at: http://download.amigafuture.de

We look for someone who wants to take care of the downloads section of the Amiga Future. In fact it is about writing system requirements and small descriptions for each software package in German and English.

What could you do while waiting for MorphOS 2.0... What about playing a nice game on your Pegasos ?
Fabien "Fab1" Coeurjoly just finished porting "Warzone 2100" to MorphOS. The game was developped by Pumpkin Studios and released by Eidos on PC (1999) and Playstation (2001).The source code was made available in 2004.
Warzone 2001 is a Real Time Strategy game. You only need the following archive to play the game, only audio tracks and videos are missing.

Your feedback would be much appreciated, some corrections can be made :)

You can grab it here (and express your gratitude to Fab1 as well) :

We have overlooked it nearly. :)

APC&TCP got 15 years old this year.

Being as active as in the beginning.

Currently we have a survey for a reprint of the AmigaOS 3.9 book and the English Amiga Guru Book.

New versions of Desert Racing and AmiATLAS are in the works, MTRechnung for OS4 will be released soon and some other projects are close to their release.

Meanwhile we have adopted the English print magazine Total Amiga and on 5th July the first English version of the Amiga Future is going to be released.

By the way the Amiga Future will get 10 years old this year.

To celebrate a little we have reduced many prices in our online shop permanently.

Quite recently we have dropped the price for an subscription of the Amiga Future to foreign countries. The price for shipping and handling to foreign countries has been reduced aswell. Even though the postal office raised prices for it by 50 percent starting from 1st January.

This way we hope to get some more subscribers for the Amiga Future to secure the future of the magazine in a long term.

Dear Sir or Madam, dear friends of the intensive and ludicrous role-play game,

Once again, our Amgia-version of received a new update. Basically we added the following new features:

<span style="text-decoration: underline;">Widescreen support for the Amiga</span>

If you are the lucky owner of an Amiga-Widescreen you are now able to build your screen mode by yourself and utilise it in ToT. You can find a list of screenshots including wide screen support here:

Tuandria, the desert of Elerion
Furthermore we implemented a whole new landscape by adding 40 new map elements. The Desert of Tuandria will complete the game which will remain interesting.

Fixed and new module player, thanks to Chris Hodges

Chris Hodges kindly redid the module player for us and added the support for MOS- and OS4 systems. There always have been playing problems. Thank you very much.

To celebrate the 1000th article of the magazine Obligement, Carl Sassenrath returns through this long interview on its origins at Amiga Inc. in the 1980's (Manager of AmigaOS and Amiga CDTV system development, among others), the bankruptcy of Commodore, its passages at Apple Computer and Viscorp, Amiga NG, or on its new revolutionary language REBOL. A classic name in the Silicon Valley!

Note : The version in French is here.
