This plugin allows Hollywood scripts to load all kinds of video and audio formats supported by FFmpeg. Version 1.5 is a minor update which introduces support for parametric stereo and contains some fixes.

Version 1.5 of the AVCodec plugin is now available for free download from the official Hollywood portal. Thanks to Hollywood's cross-platform plugin system versions for AmigaOS3 (m68k, m881), AmigaOS 4, MorphOS, Linux (ppc, arm, x86, x64), macOS (ppc, x86, x64), Windows (x86, x64), Android (arm, arm64), and iOS (arm, arm64) are provided.

This release contains several minor bug fixes and one major bug fix for the Amiga compatible platforms. Because of a major bug in the Amiga versions of RapaGUI 2.0, everybody should upgrade to RapaGUI 2.1. RapaGUI 2.1 is now available for free download from the official Hollywood portal.

Additionally, thanks to the incredible efforts by Helmut Haake and Dominic Widmer, the RapaGUI 2.1 manual is now available in German language. RapaGUI is the cross-platform GUI toolkit for Hollywood that allows you to create GUIs with native widgets for AmigaOS, Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android. GUI layouts in RapaGUI are conveniently defined in XML files which are then converted into full-blown GUIs by RapaGUI on-the-fly. It just doesn't get any easier!

Hollywood is a programming language that can be used to create a wide variety of programs, ranging from games and GUI-based applications for desktop systems to mobile apps for Android and iOS. Hollywood's special feature is its support for retro platforms (e.g. AmigaOS, MorphOS, AROS) and modern operating systems (e.g. Windows, macOS, Linux) alike. It comes with a library of almost 1000 commands and its functionality can be extended further through over 30 plugins which are available for free download.</div> <div>

The MorphOS Team is proud to announce the immediate availability of the MorphOS 3.16 SDK, February 2021 release. This update includes a greatly enhanced GDB, with TUI, syntax highlighting and shared library debugging. Two new profiling utilities were added. EventProfiler may be used to instrument a applications and generate Chrome Debugger files that may be loaded into Wayfarer for analysis. Koprofiler is a sampling profile that can be used to record a selected thread. Several GG packages were also updated, including git, wget, nano and perl. Updated OpenSSH now comes with ssh-agent.

Our new SDK requires MorphOS 3.15 and about 2 GB of free disk space and can be found in our files section. As usual, a separate source package is available for download as well.
