    Is there any way to install this on MorphOS 3.19? Or would it break the OS installation?

    3.19 is only a bug fix release. It will not make a difference with Chrysalis. If it is safe on 3.18 it will also work good on 3.19. If it breaks 3.18 then also on 3.19. But I heard that over the years it has become better so it should work good if you have no experience with MorphOS.

    Warning if you try to install Chrysalis for MorphOS 3.18 over MorphOS 3.19. The install script verify about the version of MorphOS it will install on. If you install over MorphOS 3.19 then you will obtain an error message because you have a more recent version of system than expected. So install first MorphOs 3.18 then Chrysalis for this version of the system. After that update MorphOS to 3.19 version.

    @Papiosaur,

    Warning ! Ask first a member of MorphOS Team about tinygl. The latest version is included into MorphOS 3.19. So no need that you include it in Chrysalis.

    @Brumiga: thanks for the info, bizarre not precised in release note of MorphOS 3.19, just "Devs/Monitors/Radeon : Modified debug output"

    I have compared version numbers and date:

    R200.library is more recent in last TinyGL archive (53.6 instead 53.4 on MorphOS 3.19)
    R300.library is more recent in last TinyGL archive (53.12 instead 53.10 on MorphOS 3.19)
    R600.library is not present in MorphOS 3.19
    TinyGL and Freeglut librairies and Radeon monitor file have same version and same date

    Is it? The release notes say nothing about a TinyGL update but instead:

    "Preserve newer Radeon and TinyGL, if installed"

    This doesn't sound like the tenth TinyGL beta is included, just that it won't get overwritten with the version contained in the ISO image.

    @Papiosaur,

    Here are my first impressions after installing the Chrysalis 3.19 pack for MorphOS same version.

    Why put Iris and Wayfarer in your pack? Both are already present in MorphOS 3.19 in their latest version.

    You put codesets but incomplete, the charsets directory is missing in libs:.

    As reported by manu betterstring is not in the latest version. I did not see if other mui classes are up to date or not.

    In sys:applications_ext/desktop you did not put the mousetracker commodity of amigazeux. An oversight perhaps?

    In sys:applications_ext/games there are the directory icons for openbor as well as openttd but the corresponding games are missing. Again an oversight perhaps?

    You put in sys:classes/mui cmanager.mcc but not the cmanager program. I just saw that it can be found on sourceforge and/or on github, but there it is indicated as 7 years old for one and 30 years old for the other. A generic key is available on sourceforge. On ai SteaG talked about it in 2003, http://amigaimpact.free.fr/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=article&sid=905 . Nevertheless, are there still users of cmanager today?

    That's it all for now.
