Papiosaur- from what I see on the Brother website for this printer's specifications it only has the below capabilities (emulation):
Emulation - (DCP-L2550DN/MFC-L2730DW/MFC-L2750DW), PCL6, BR-Script3, PDF Version 1.7
Which means I
don't see PostScript capability, unless the BR-Script3 is a replacement for PostScript, though I doubt that, but it could mean a BRother printer specific version of PostScript3 that they have developed. If you can establish if it is PostScript capable then you would be able to use a PPD printer driver, but you had better make sure it is PostScript capable to ensure it will work, or you would probably have to use the TurboPrint (PS) or GhostScript (GS) capability with MorphOS.
