maybe Bplan has a new reason to test equipment.
I might be dreaming... but maybe they are stress testing
    something new??

I don't know but it is good to have the help, even if only
    occasionally.

Like the blade server perhaps? As far as I understand, the blade server is now first in the pipeline from the "New Hardware Department". Nah, I would be surprised if MorphOS would be running on blades. Perhaps new CPU cards for the Pegasos II?

    Speculations, speculations, speculations ... :-D
MorphOS is Amiga done right! :-)
MorphOS NG will be AROS done right! :-)

    Hi All,
Well Bplan out did themself to day 2474 blocks!!!!
    That would be 11 or 12 G4 cpu's crunching 206 - 225 blocks a day.
Look's like a blade server to me.

And PowerPC/Morphos did 6419 blocks today!!!!!!

That's a very good question. It's becuse your parents are
ALIENS!!! When your at school they shed there human skins and
    breathe drier lint! hahahaha!

Could be! :-) And if that is the case, it would also mean that MorphOS is running on it (looking at the MorphOS stats)! :-o

Well, who knows what the MorphOS team has cooking in the kitchen ...

It would be very nice if bPlan joined Distributed Pegasos Team. Then a place in the top-100 is a matter of one or two months (we are at 314. place now).

Dang... could've had 8100 if I had gotten my blocks in on time.
I was doing some memory testing and lost track of time... Oh well at
least I know that my generic 1 gig dimm is on its way back to Ebay.
Found out it was giving me a heck of a time and causing instability.
doesn't matter though, my system runs well on 256meg.

Congrats to all who crunch for MOS... Maybe tomorrow we will
    break 8000 with a bang!!!

One lousy block away from bursting through the 8000 level! :-x ;-)

Also note that b-plan actually did (a few) less blocks on this one than on the previous day, and still we hit a new all-time high and outran the AmigaOS with over 2000 blocks! Impressive! :-D

Wow, we breached the 10,000 level! This is a historical happening. We have submitted more blocks in a single day than many of the mainstream platforms, and this while b-plan has *not* increased their crunching!

If todays stats for all platforms would remain the same, day after day for a couple of months, then we would beat a lot of platforms and pass X86/OS2 in 2005-03-18, placing MorphOS at #8 from the top!

The PPC/AmigaOS thought they could beat us today with their 9000+ blocks, but fooled they were! :-P Peg Power! :-D

    @TMHG:

don't look backwards, it's unrelated (you can substract 200000 blocks from AmigaOS/PowerPC anyway, since they use classic and old morphos blocks too ;-) ) . Better lock forward, we want to beat the major players!

    So, better keep crunching! :-)
