OS4EMU is a little OS4 kernel emulation for MorphOS. With this emulation
package you can run some OS4 command line tools on MorphOS.

Tried many command line OS4 stuff and always got a "couldn't load executable.", even with a simple hello world one :(

Heh, the way things are going we may need something to boot OS4 on our Pegs soon!! Still its a nice app that I can see many people wanting try out. I know I will when I get home in a few weeks.

Since I'm not at home currently: Any further confirmations that it works and isn't just a joke before I make a fool out of myself by posting this as a news-item at amiga-news.de? ;-)

Try compiling the helloworld with VBCC. Until the emu has custom ELF loader it can only load VBCC compiled binaries.

Binaries compiled by GCC wont load atm. Binaries compiled by VBCC (i.e. list68k util) work if they dont need more than Exec, DOS or Utility libraries.

Btw. all devices (i.e. ahi.device) are accessible in this version. There just aren't any interfaces available but they should work using Exec I/O.
