Off to give it a shot on my EFIKA.

Install HW on a PC. Install update (patch).

Copy over Homeworld.big, HW_Comp.vce, HW_Music.wxd and Update.big.

You can uninstall the game on the PC afterwards.

WOW. This is very impressive. Sound works etc.. Its looking for AVI vids in the movies directory. I guess it will play the .AVI's if I have them installed? Man..this is cool!!

Here all works but not the voices. After some configuration in the audio settings, voices still absent (I(ve tried the training and in the first mission).

Any idea ?

Here with sound blaster , the sound is works. Voices on the training too. Don't tried the campaign yet.

Anyway i converted the bik videos, but there is no sound for the movies.

In training I hear the voices there.. I'm still doing the training thing though.

Bug:

When I load a training session, it does not continue. You can control your ships somewhat but you can put them in formations and the tutorial does not continue :( I have to start all the way from the beginning.

voices work in training here too, using the builtin audio chip from the Peg1.

Ok, thanks for reply. I have changed the version of the game and it works now. With a newer "HW_Comp.vce", there is no voice. With the original one, it's Ok.
