Plan9 is possible. Athena, however, is closed source, so only Rocklyte will determine if it is to be ported.

what about inferno does it already work on a peggy since it suports ppc?

Inferno is based in part on Plan9. It probably could be ported, but I have not heard of any efforts to do so.

Inferno could be used on hosted or native...

if plan9 is ported, i think that an Inferno port could be easy too...
