I have used Amazon Fire Stick user agent. It feels it react much better to time video changes and, dont know if was my mind, but seems to load faster.

I tried it in the powerbook. Will try it in the powermac today.

Little review (Wayfarer 3.6, AmigaOne X5000, Radeon X1650 Pro):

1) Videos that are integrated into websites (embedded videos) do not run. No matter which 'user agent' I set for 'spoofing'. Even the new 'Amazon Fire Stick' agent brings does not change anything. Example:

(by the way: works pefectly with OWB)

I had found only one page so far where it worked:

Unfortunately, it doesn't work now either....

2) YouTube videos basically work (Wayfarer and Safari agent). But:
- with the Safari agent I can't rewind because the button can't be caught. In full-screen mode, the timeline has completely disappeared.
- with the Wayfarer agent it works, but at the new point the video first hooks and jerks and then breaks off completely.

And unfortunately, it just crashed (crash report sent).

I have visited those websites as Wayfarer user agent and the integrated videos are shown correctly.
I have activated all codecs, multimedia etc etc. so dont know. Perhaps you should flush de cache.

Again thought about the problem:
I am not an expert so it is quite likely that I do something wrong.

On the other hand: the embedded video of the heise website worked for me with a previous version. And I changed nothing except installing the latest Wayfarer version. So, could it be an issue of Wayfarer and X5000 or something like that?

Just before I started Wayfarer I got the two lines:
47.226| Radeon: Don't know how to initialise the memory controller of this Radeon
47.226| Radeon: Memory size adjusted to 256MB

While Wayfarer is running, no new entries.

I might be wrong but:
In the middle of the little window with the embedded video, there is a small black rectangle with a white triangle (for play).
If now I move the mouse cursor to the rectangle, then it becomes red. But if then I click the play triangle then I am not sure if this has any affect. Nothings happens...

I've just encountered this weird bug :

Go on https://meta-morphos.fr for example (this does also work on https://news.google.com )
Go on the middle on the page => the side bar will so be postionned also at the middle.
Open a new tab => the sidebar goes way back to the top (but the page remains at the middle)
Try to scroll and you'll be positionned immediately at the top

You can do this as many time as you want: switch from one tab to another and the side bar goes way to the top each time.

I hope I was clear in my explanations.

Wayfarer 3.7 is now out!

- Rewritten MediaSource player state machines to improve seeking, end-of-stream handling
- Fixed a bug that caused a/v decoders to keep increasing the read-ahead decoded frame buffers infinitely (causing out-of-memory sooner or later during playback)
- Fixed a memory leak in a/v de-multiplexer
- Refactored the HLS player to enable seeking in terminated playlists
- Reduced the memory footprint of MediaSource playback
- Fixed video position reporting for MediaStreams w/o an audio track
- Rewritten the right mouse button handling
- Improved the media popup, added stream information
- Fixed input handling in fullscreen mode
- Updated OpenJPEG

This release focuses almost entirely on media playback in various modes. While still not perfect, many sites/streams should be working much better with 3.7 and most importantly, allow you to watch hours long streams without running out of RAM.

Well done, thank you for the update.
It has been many years now since watching tv streams from tv.nrk.no have been possible at all on MorphOS.
It still have problems with live broadcasts, but playing from the tv-guide archevies works.
And that works very well on the mac mini 1.5Ghz, even in full screen there was no lagging and the audio/video was in sync, as well as the subtitles.
