I am the most, very most stupid man in the world....
    I cannot believe it myself...

I was following Jacek's tip and opened Screen prefs. Okay:
    Ambient - RadeonX1650 24Bit 1920 x 1080.

BUT: After I wanted to edit that, there were only modes for the HD5450!!! :((
First I thought: ohhhh, there went somethong wrong. MorphOS does not correctly recognize my gfx board any longer...and the second thought was: Is the X1650 actually installed...???

    NOOO!

Some weeks ago I did some tests with different gfx boards (HD5450, X1650, X1950 Pro/XT) and finally - please do not ask me why - I did not install again the X1650, which was the goal (watching YT videos!!!!), but the HD5450.

    So embarrassing!

    Please apologize!

The best: Not only YT works with Wayfarer, everything is so much faster.
MorphOS developer: PLease support more current gfx boards. It is such a difference.
    AmigaOne X5000 @ 2GHz / 4GB RAM / Radeon X1650 / AmigaOS 4.1 Final Edition / MorphOS 3.17

Is there any possibility to send data, stored during eyery session in cache/curl, to NIL: ? It generates in short time MB over MB (3 short sessions -> 50MB). And with increasing data there, start-time and close-time of Wayfahrer is going through the roof...... On G5 I have start or close times up to 5mins and more!!
To prevent this, curl had to be deleted every 3rd, 4th session.

That sounds more like an issue with your drive - either nearly full, badly fragmented or with bad sectors.

Just disable the Disk Cache from the Settings (set it to 0MB).

    @jpv: Thank you!

@jacacaps: Can see this behaviour on every MOS-machine I have. The same on Mini, all G5 and PBs, Pegasos......cannot believe that every disk is fragmented (btw.: I defragment them regulary).

@ Amigaharry2 - I suggest the same as jPV - as that's what I do, I have a minimum Curl Cache and that keeps my system more dynamic, as otherwise it ends up like you have said, struggling to cope/sift through the data to make space for new cached data, that it has to delete as it writes as it wades through what it has already written - or at least that's what it seems to be. ;-)

It would be helpful to try any website you can't reach on https://www.isitdownrightnow.com or https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com.

OWB seems to have broken webcache checking if it thinks a dead site is still there.

This is a limitation of intuition.library (great design the 80s). If you open MUI menu settings for Wayfarer, you can make MUI use its own menus - basically every other setting than “like system menus” would show additional levels.

If I'm not mistaken, this issue was already discussed in this thread and the solution presented in comment #307 (2nd quote from bottom).

Wayfarer 3 was just rebased to WebKitGtk 2.34.6 (latest stable). Some problems remain, but I'll hopefully be able to release a beta in the next two weeks or so (TM).

I hope Wayfarer is included as a standard application in the next version of MorphOS. In my mind it surely deserves it.

They should probably not remove OWB for really slow machines, but have Wayfarer there as the modern alternative. It's also nice for newbies to see that there is a modern browser included out of the box.

    Just my 2c.

Keep up the great work jaca!

    Completely agree.
I wonder in Jaca’s WebKit patches to run it on bigendian cpus (and MOS) are public and available everyone else.

Odyssey was removed from MorphOS base install. Upgrading to 3.16 from earlier release does not remove already installed Odyssey.

Odyssey will also be made available as separate download. It will not receive further updates, however.
