If you have access, just download it anyway. The MorphOS guys really don't need to know if you have a board otherwise they would be asking for serial numbers and MAC addresses like we do.

Neko, I would assume one should follow the instructions and rules given by the MOS team. *They* decide who to give MOS and what the conditions are.

    Did anyone claim different? ;-)

However, look for yourself, do they ask for hardware serial number or any other proof of Pegasos ownership? No they don't, and I guess they don't have to either! AFAIK the MorphOS version on their download site runs on the Pegsos and the Pegasos *only*! ;-)
MorphOS is Amiga done right! :-)
MorphOS NG will be AROS done right! :-)

Finally, after a little fiddle with the Hungarian banking system I was able to make my upgrade purchase. Meanwhile, I have to mention the exceptional trust and support I have received from Genesi in general, and personally from Matt and Raquel & Bill. Just like in the old days :-) Many thanks again!

The rules for downloading MorphOS are that you own a Pegasos.

It doesn't matter which one, what serial number, what you use it for. If you already registered and proved you owned a Pegasos, I don't see the point of flooding Ralph and Nicolas and Mark etc. with more "I prove I own a Pegasos" requests. You are already on the mailing lists, you have the passwords, give over already.

I just wanted to tell you all that I am really very satisfied! All my mails were answered in minutes most of the time. After paying via credit card, the shipment was sent out very fast und arrived within 24 hours via Airfreight (USA-Europe!).

    My conclusion:
    - very fast
    - very efficient
    - very kind
    - very happy :-D

I hope Genesi will make it in the future, because
to me it seems like they really care about their
    customers!

    Go, Genesi!

    cy :-)

It has arrived today morning! FedEx tracking however stated that it's still in Memphis. Now it is in Paris according to them. Slowly it will catch up with reality :-)

    Hi BBRV et al.

Sent my Peg I mobo back yesturday so I have a week or so to wait for my new one and so am relegated to the P(iece of) C(ra*) for the time being.

Now here's the funny bit: in hunting for packageing to send the board back I dug out and used the exact same box it came in, AND the exact same anti-static bag!!! (It's the only bag of exactly the right size for the board so it must be the same one). How bizarre is that! ;-)

    So now I just wait...patiently.....M U S T...... n o t....... h i t ........ t h e ....... p. c.........!

    argh!

    Biff.

    @Bifford

your PC can still do amazing things, install Gentoo on your PC and get done with it.
Just a lovely way to make you wait for your Peg2 (your peg will love Gentoo as well ;-) )

I guess meanwhile the FedEx Truck stops by your home. If not, you have to wait for monday, as FedEx won't deliver on saturday.
