Hallo!

I downloaded ScummVM 0.61b for MOS and I also downloaded the two free adventures games from the site (Beneath A Steel Sky and Flight Of The Amazon Queen). Both are the CD versions of the game.

When I install my games to ScummVM and run it from there I get this error message:

ie Flight Of The Amazon Queen

"Looking for queen
Trying to start game Flight Of The Amazon Queen
Failed to create sound thread"

Does anyone knows what's happening?

Are you sure you're really running the right binary ( http://perso.wanadoo.fr/fabien.coeurjoly/scummvm-0.6.1b.lha ) ? Because i just checked, and this error message was in the mos backend when a new process couldn't be created. But in the sdl backend, there is no such message.

About MorphOS backend, is tomjoad working on it? I was sended to him a message by email and later by private message, but not replied, I'm still waiting his reply... Tomjoad, please reply about that...

Yes you had right

It was the WOS version of ScummVM

But what about Beneath A Steel Sky and Flight Of The Amazon Queen (CD Versions)?

I got these errors:

BASS: error reading sky.dnr
FLIGHT: invalid table header

I don't have the floppy versions of these
