It could be very nice if MorphOS supports the more important VESA standards, and then not need to find the specs of the monitor for add the configuration, with those standards, the graphics subsystem will ask to the monitor all the specs and will show the available modes for the monitor installed. This will make MorphOS even easier to configurate to more users, the actually configuration of ModeEdit is messy in some aspects, and more to newbie users...

And I was crashed my monitor because using more pixel clock, and then using more Hz than my monitor can afford...

Well, that is really interesting, I hope someone of the MorphOS team will handle it... but... I'd like it only as a 'default option'... I somehow don't understand, how can today anyone burn a monitor, when monitors are digital, and they simply won't accept numbers out of or some range... so it's almost impossible to burn it, isn't it? Or was it really old analog monitor?

It's digital, Hyundai ImageQuest Q910, but seems that is different using more Hz/KHz than using more pixel clock...
