2 questions about mame 0.84


Can we do screenshots with MAME 0.84 ?

Are they displayed on the write side of the GUI ?

Why not MAME 0.85 ?

I had to reconfigure the key for this because the default configured key doesn´t worked here, but yes, it works in MOS Mame 0.84, Just hit the TAB key and take a look at keys config in general when you start to Play something.

If i remember correctly, the default key to make a snapshot is 'help' (menu key). And yes, the gui displays the available screenshots. If you want to add snapshots coming from internet or whatever, put <romname>.png files in snap/.
