What are the shiping costs, or is the shiping in the 200 Euro included?

I still miss the password reminder function. I can provide the mac adress, I even found my old superbundle serial number, but my password on this site is beyond me And it won't let me re-register, as my email is already occupied. Aaargh...

just a few questions before i upgrade,

is it possible to ship to my work address, i suppose it will be shipped by ups or some kind like that?

i can only receive at work (nobody at home)

is the shipping included in the 200-300 euros trade-in?

The shipping is not included. I must add a few dollars extra, when I
ordered upgrade service.

Every order received to this point has just been shipped.

We will accept orders until 10 JULY (thanks Ulrich!).

Seriously, if you've thought of upgrading, don't dilly-dally on this offer.

I plan to do the upgrade (Pegasos II for 300 EUR, selling Pegasos I privately). Do I have to change my MorphOS support registration information (purchased from, date of purchase, machine, CPU)? And if so, how shall I do it? The new owner of the Pegasos I has to register as a new MorphOS user, I guess (with my name in the "purchased from" field)?

I guess you just have to enter your new data at http://support.morphos-team.net/ and use the comment field for explaining your change of board.

The receiver of your old board has to do so in any case - I had been told so by the MorphOS team, too, when I sold my Pegasos I.

Does the price include VAT? Didn't find any information concerning this.

If you have access, just download it anyway. The MorphOS guys really don't need to know if you have a board otherwise they would be asking for serial numbers and MAC addresses like we do.

As for VAT - no, since we are in the USA we don't charge taxes on internet orders. If you buy from overseas you may get charged import duties; but we have worked around this on the upgrade boards. You should not be charged anything more than product+shipping.

I just got my new upgraded Peg2 from Genesi, and it works like a charm!

I am impressed: FedEx delivered it three days earlier than scheduled! And no further VAT or something, I just had to pay the price stated in the online store, just as Neko said.
