If you feel that you have an outstanding debt owed to you or your organization from MorphOS, bplan, Genesi or any company associated with these companies from the past please do not send your email here: genesidebts @ morphos.net

Please send it to bbrv@genesi.lu before 30 November 2004. Thanks!

Hopefully, the past will be the past once this is done.

Can I write you for my 150 euros of the old Asum's offer ? You said that you would give me a reduction on the prize for the G4, but... I'm still waiting.

    It's just a question.

PS : My email was sent.

Where is my free PegasosII motherboard that you promissed me last summer, then I asked you in December, then in February this year and nothing have come.

I've paid for 2 motherboards. bbrv, you should stop thinking that you own this community. You dont, not in the way you behave. Please respect this situation and start to do what you promise to people.

Hi Michal, if we made that promise we will keep it. Why are we sending this to you? What did you do to earn it? BTW, we do not think we own any community. We think we are a part of it and happy about that. Nothing more. :-)

BatteMan, yes. Did you buy one? I remember that conversation now. This is what you were asking about before. You were with Frodon in the old office. Ahhhhhah! :-D

Yes, because of my magazine had bad times. You said to me that I would get a Pegasos motherboard for testing and review MorphOS v1.4 But it never came, so..

If you are with the community, you should respect it needs. I bet its hard to be you, but try to change. Change for the better.

I dont know the whole case of this situation, but I do know that hour by hour, day by day now. As long as you wont support the MorphOS developers with what they deserve. Its going to be hard, VERY hard to win your trust back.

I would love to see MorphOS Team and Genesi be friends again, but you have to do something. And that is to become friends with them again. Ane even friends with this community too.

    Regards,
    Michal

Your 'magazine' never had good times at all, you've declared it dead, then alive again then dead then alive again....why not just quit this
amitopia bullshit once and for all ?
Why do you want to review pegaosos and morphos for ZERO readers ?

Seems like many people confusing :-? this thread with bbrv@genesi.lu e-mail address... It was told you to send your problems there, and not here. I don't tend to defend or attack anyone, but this is just stupid... :-x Especially in case of free Pegs, since such machines should be considered as gifts. Requesting a gift, and then arguing and throwing stones when not receiving it, is a rather interresting standpoint for me... But this is just my opinion.

I agree with Chain-Q, gifts are gifts, you
don't have rights to demand them. Gifts
are given freely when the giver is ready.
Money doesn't grow on trees, except
at Microsoft. Lets concentrate on making
    Morphos great(er) with good software.

Yes totally agree, a gift is a gift. Also Genesi promised this "gift" to too many users... but anyway it is a gift. You can't blame Genesi for it.

I agree 100% with you. A gift is quite different than a debt and the way of asking it should be more polite... anyway... isn't 3 pegs too much? ;p

Spot on Chain-Q! I think it's quite rude to demand gifts! Especially as the circumstances have changed between when they were pledged and now.

Anyway. I like this move by BBRV - as usual they're taking the bull by the horns and tackling the issues head on. There is no spin, bullsh*tting, or hiding away in Snowqualmie. It's really refreshing to see this approach.

    Good on you BBRV!

I don't know what good is comparing with the Amiga world... it makes the situation pale by any means!? I thinks it's a good move by BBRV, but it's not needed to compare it to Amiga to make it appears better... it is good as it is...

Generally, i don't defend Genesi, but now i totally agree with Chain-Q, the gift is a gift, nothing more.

If Genesi would donate a board, it is free to change his politic or wait another moment to do that ;-)

    Just it ;-)
