Hi All, I am now running MorphOS 3.11 on my MacMini 1.67ghz 1gig ram and plenty of
free disk space. Seems like anything the is running, flash or YouTube on OWB causes my internal
fan to go bonkers. Which I interpet to mean it's heating up fast and high. Is there some
adjustment I need to make so I can run cooler? Any fixes at all I could impliment
Hardware or Software? Would be much appreciated.

Also now that I have 3.11 installed do I need to install anything else? After doing a clean install
to 3.10 I did not install Chrisalyis, do I need to do that now? if so what version?

For YouTube I would recommend to get OWB configured properly to use overlay with full window playback, then it doesn't max the CPU load when you play videos, like it does in the small embedded view. Here are instructions how to do it.

...and if cleaning doesn't help, there were (at least while ago) replacement fan sets for minis available in ebay... I bought one, but can't remember now did I replace my fan with it or did I just clean it up couple years ago :)

Disabling Javascript from OWB makes web surfing surprisingly lightweight, but then you have to swap it on/off per sites constantly...

You could look at replacing the thermal paste on the CPU cooler. It's a usual suspect for a CPU running too hot on older machines.

But don't expect too much - after all, youtube has moved on from machines from that era, and the GPU probably isn't helping as much as it did on MacOS.
