I downloaded Open X-Com today to test out on my Efika.
It claims it is not an executable. So I downloaded it again. Got the same message.

I had no such problem on my Mac mini. Is the 'executable' bit set for the file?

On PB no problem to run.

However it chrashing at resolution change. To change resolution just don't touch anything, step in the options, and quit the game. Then edit the cfg file and the second resolution (not base) set it to for example 800*600. (or anything to like)

Yes, it was set as executable. I tried running it both from the icon as well as command line.
I downloaded it twice, so I'm not sure what's up.

Where is the guide again on how to compile under MorphOS? I need to learn how to do this anyhow?

Stekfos, I got your PM, but do not know your e-mail. Unless it's at home with the X-Com readme. :)

Anyhow, you can contact me at advertandentice AT Gmail DOT com.

    Thanks!
