i have updated all 3 executabled with new window/screen handling code and they can be now ran in 32bit mode. just add -bpp 32 param at commandline (also possible with starter). to adjust gamma (brightness) you need to add -gamma to commandline (-gamma 0.6 or something like that). also vertical blank synchronization is always enabled. to disabled it type gl_videosync 0 in quake console.
