Software : : TGEmu - MorphOS released
Posted By: realstar. on 2004/3/13 19:18:53
TGEmu emulates the classic NEC TurboGrafx16/PC Engine game console. TGEmu currently runs many commercial titles with good speed, sound support and reasonable compatibility. The MorphOS version also features a new MUI based "skinned" gui. Expect more options and some small bugfixes in the next release. Have fun :-)

The screenshots look nice. I don't have games to try it with, however.

Right on! The TG was one of my favorite consoles. I even had a "TurboDuo",
which I wish now I had never sold. :(

Got problems on Radeon: gfx are all green and trashed (looks like an endianess problem to me...)
    (320x240x16)

btw, you forgot to include the GPL licence file in archive and: where can we find the morphos specific sources ?

Seems to be fast anyway... keep up the good work ;)

    Regards,
    Leo.

The new version 1.1 has just been released and
should fix the endianess problem plus adds
    overlay/windowplay. Enjoy!

    Tried version 1.1:

Still got problems with fullscreen/overlay disabled... no problem with overlay though.

    (Radeon/320x240x16bit)

Hey this is a pretty good emulator! Some of the colors are a bit off,
but all in all--I like it!
