Software : : RNOInfoScreen 1.5 released
Posted By: jPV. on 2018/3/13 7:59:49
RNOInfoScreen works as a front-end to various music and media players by displaying the "now playing" information with cover art images, and offers basic media control options for the user (play, pause, next, etc.). It can also be used as a MorphOS screen blanker with the included binary file.

New in this version:
- Support for embedded images in MP3 files (ID3v2.3.0)
- Doesn't crash when iconified
- On-screen volume level indicator
- The invisible depth gadget now switches the screen to the back in the standard way
- UTF-8 support
- Option to launch an external script with the tab key
- ARexx support

The program can be installed via Grunch or downloaded from Aminet (later from other file repositories too).

More improvements to a great little utility ... what's not to like with this little gem, so I'd like to offer my many thanks to jPV and wonder what other utility he has yet to offer us from his bag of "magic tricks", also for the many features that have enabled this little utility to be realised via Hollywood.
