More improvements to an already fantastic little graphics utility. 8-)

Pity there's no jpg/jpeg progressive (lossless) saving of images, which I believe is a limitation (currently) of Hollywood 9. :-(

I really like the new enhancement of icon editing feature, now incorporated into RNOEffects, that Hollywood announced for developers now in this useable program that everyone can use and enjoy creating new or editing existing icons by anyone that has access to any & all of the supported platforms that this program has been enabled for. 8-D

Really awesome little utility, and something that even MorphOS has been lacking (Amiga Icon Editing) for so long, now made capable with this program, many many thanks jPV :-D

Progressive JPEGs aren't lossless, they're just compressed in a different way, which enables previewing of images while loading. I guess that's mostly useful if you still browse the web with a 14400 bps modem or so :)

There are some lossless extensions to the JPEG standard, but AFAIK they're not that popular. But then there's the newer JPEG 2000 format, which has the lossless option and which is a bit more popular than those other solutions. We have a JPEG 2000 plugin for Hollywood, but somehow I totally forgot that. I'll add support for it for the next version of RNOEffects.

OK, I'm glad I mentioned the jpeg/jpg feature, so, even more improvements . . . with even more delicious data to look forward to, from a real FUN-GUY (non-fungal) yum-yum! 8-D
