InstantZip 3.3

New:
InstantZip now also uses the xad.library from MorphOS. Thus, it can now also unpack RAR, LHA, BZIP2, a.s.o.

+ fix bzip2 compress level
+ support of z.library

Note on RAR:
Only the xad client of Fabien "Fab" Coeurjoly is working properly. The one from the Aminet is buggy and not recommendable.

Note about the 7z client from the Aminet:
This client correctly lists the table of contents, but unfortunately it does not unpack correctly.
