New features:
- SVG: All shapes, textures, styles, colors, simple text and gradients was supported. It's possible to decode base64 encoded images. But no animation, scripts or "css styles in svg".
- Hyperlinks: This version can decode hyperlinks and set an inputhandler for them. (internal and external ones)
- Better page decoding: Now the result of decodings looks much better. Any image layout rules are included.
