Version 1.24 of the Odyssey Web Browser has been released!

Changes:
- Updated to WebKit r161078 (January 2014).
- Updated to OpenSSL 1.0.1g (which improves the SSL test at https://www.howsmyssl.com/).
- Compiled with GCC 4.7.3, since WebKit now relies strongly on C++11 features.
- Fixed an issue with large file support in CURL (fixes mail.one settings validation, for instance).
- Enabled WebP support again, it seems it had been disabled at some point.
- Enabled RequestAnimationFrame HTML5 feature.
- Added support for HTML5 "download" link attribute.
- Convert suggested download filenames to local charset.
- Adjusted Expect: 100 header handling (fixes easy-jet flight selection, for instance).
- Fixed CSS animation support (i.e www.morphos.net flying powerbook).

Download here: owb-morphos-1.24.lha (27.6M)

This probably now breaks the ASK function in OWB ?

    Great job, as usual!
    Thx Fab!

BTW Is there any hope to get the new gcc with cx11 support
    in the next SDK release?
    regards

I am new to MorphOS so that is why this question sounds dumb:

How do I install the new version? I downloaded it with the "OWB" included with MorphOS that is located in System / Applications / OWB and it saved to the RAM Disk. I copied everything inside the LHA inside the OWB folder. Currently the updated version is located at System / Applications / OWB / owb-morphos-1.24 I am on the new 1.24 version now. Obviously it works, but how do I uninstall the old OWB? by just delete it?
    :-) I Support Quark Microkernel. :-D

Simply copy the files of the new version so that they are located at System/Applications/OWB/. This will overwrite the old version.

Install the Grunch package manager and drag it to WBStartup drawer to get automatic updates in future.

OK this has been going on for the last 2 updates so I guess I need to bring it up

I am having problems saving images from sites. One I have established as the sites settings and going on a long time, but the other is different. I didn't have this issue with the OWB Version 1.20 that comes with MorphOS 3.51. Ii in fact it still works for the site, but 1.23 and 1.24 do not.
It's a friend's pay site and I'm able to log in just fine and even view the images when I click on thumbnail links to view the art, but saving image isn't working. There is no java script or anything in place to block downloading them. A file is created with the image's name and extention, (.jpg or .png) however it's a html file.
What I get is (website name removed but everything else given)

    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
    <html><head>
    <title>401 Authorization Required</title>
    </head><body>

requested. Either you supplied the wrong
credentials (e.g., bad password), or your
browser doesn't understand how to supply
    the credentials required.</p>
    <p>Additionally, a 404 Not Found
error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.</p>

    I am currently getting .....

    Unable to open 'https://www.hermesworld.com/en/'
    Error 35: SSL connect error.

So it would be appreciated if the SSL sub-system could be updated, or does this mean that there is a need for an update to OWB itself to be able to handle this site?

EDIT - I have found the answer to this query in the meantime, and in any case there has been no reply to my question

I believe the error was part of the 'Heart Bleed' problem with Open SSL, so I don't need a reply to the question now.

However, is there a likelihood that the 'FIND' function (Cmd+F) can be allowed to toggle ON/OFF by any subsequent same combination keypress to activate and deactivate the 'Find' utility in OWB
