Key features of this release are:
  • Basic sample editor with format conversion (can load and save AIFF, WAVE, 8SVX and 16SV formats), cut, copy and paste including system clipboard, realtime loop editor.
  • ARexx port with 22 fully documented commands.
  • Improved player engine, better backward compatibility with DigiBooster Pro 2.x.
  • User configurable track scopes.
  • Unique feature of single step (and step back) playback with all effects and autosynchronization.
  • More documentation, extensive descriptions of DigiBooster effects.
  • Many small improvements listed in the changelog.

  • The released beta is a demo version. The only limitation of demo is disabled module saving.

Good piece of software. Is the price of 49EUR still valid?
Just the icons don't look that good. A version using AISS would be stylish.

Tried to load a mod file, gave error about searching of dbm header, downloaded some dbm-mods and still the same. I gave up :)

From what I know .MOD, .XM and early (pre 2.x) .DBM (.DIGI?) support is not there yet. At least all of my 2.21 DBMs work quite well.

This is a question for publisher, APC&TCP namely. BTW this is still beta. Full release is planned later this year.

You can replace toolbar icons with AISS ones. The only requirement (for now, will be removed later) is 32×32 pixels size. The GUI is very customizable.

Only DBM0 (*.dbm) format of DigiBooster Pro 2.x is supported for now. If you have such a module, which still not loads, I would like you to send me it for problem investigation. I've tested a few hundreds of DBM modules, found some problematic, but they turned out to be just corrupted files.

I quickly checked the headesr in the morning, I remember mentions of "V1.4" and "Tip". Can't find the page right now but when I get home I will post a link for you

Modland seems to have the biggest repository of DigiBooster Pro modules. Just use this link. 824 modules found.

I know I can replace them icon by icon but that is very pedestrian. The easiest thing would be if you "just" supported AISS. You could just check if AISS was installed and then read the right images. If it is not installed or if the user disables a switch in Prefs program you can display your own images. By that the user can switch which image set he wants to use. Would be more comfortable then let the user replace all images manually.

      Krasn and the dev team:

Congratulations guys. Look forward to the full commercial release. If some community artists could do some avant garde buttons and gui touchups that would be cool.

And remember MIDI support is a must! 8-)
