Holy f**king sh*t! MorphOS now has read/write NTFS capabilities.

Leif, that's really cool of you. Thankyou. :-D

EDIT: Removed rhetorical question after reading the .readme

Awesome work. Thank you. This should be integrated with the Operating System by default imho.

I am looking into various drivers ATM, have not looked at
that one though. I know there are atleast two SMB drivers.

Would be cool, if you could manage to port any kind of SMB driver, unfortunately the old SMBFS has its issues...

    Hi,

Is anyone having issues with the latest version released a few days ago? I have a 2 TB external HD... partition # 1 is 1 TB in size and the 2nd. one is 800 GB in size.. when I connect the HD to my Powerbook it only mounts the second partition.. it apparently tries to mount the first one as well but it fails (it doesn't show up in ambient or in my morphos box). If I remove NTFS-3G from the system both partitions mount OK, obviously without support for writing...

    Cheers,

    Dragster

    Hi!
Send me a mail to dev at blubbedev net. I'll reply with a possibly fixed version.
If it doesnt work, please send me ntfs3g debug output from the debug log..

    - Partitions >= 1 TiB did not work, fixed.

    Great!
Maybe now I can re-format my external drives to NTFS (instead of FAT32).
