Well, blame paypal ... nobody trusts them.
There is no way to pay little (<50E) amounts
of money in a cheap way internationally.

Find ppl in at least the main countries
    france,germany,usa and england to accept
    national tranfers.
(For germany I can offer myself, but would
prefer a trader/shopowner known to the community.)

Paypal rules. I have never ever had any problems with them.

And I have probably done more transactions in the past three
years or so, than all of you together.

For me Paypal is working good, too! One year ago they worked together with Wells Fargo, sounds good for us in Europe, because it sounds like Dodge City and wild west, but it was crap, because all transaction were in US$, sometimes there was a lost of 10 % at a money transfer. But now the partner bank of Paypal is Morgan Bank, the whole transfer is in Euro, if you want. The homepage is now in german (an other languages, too, that makes it safer for people who don't understand enough english to sign anything that has to do with spending money;-) I've for example payed small amounts like the PegXMac CD without any problem, I use it very often with eBay, because it's the only way (except of sending cheques) to pay anything in oversea. I've sold an Amiga 1200 to Australia, the money was 10 minutes after the end of the auction on my bank-account. That's what I call fast and safe!

Well we asked for help over and over again to support the site and get some people to start an account for dontation. Not one person ever wrote back and said they would. For the my friend has decided his hundred plus hours of work are wasted and cant take the time away from his studies and work to write the page any longer. When I get back home and can get in here more often to read posts maybe we can get another maintainer and get it back going.

There were a couple people that said they would help out but we didn't get nearly enough people that said they would and the MorphBounties forum has always been pretty silent.
    psr.
