I've replaced the shortcuts on the topbar with drop-down boxes.
Currently, they are using JS to get the job done, but I may replace
that with a backend script later. The idea is to eventually replace
some of the extra blocks on the site (and hopefully saving everyone
some load time).

Currently, the new dropdown boxes are only available on the basic
theme, but after the backend changes are done--it will be included in
all themes.

Naturally, input for the content of the various boxes is welcome.

Nice Targhan! :) But they are really tiny (and there fore a bit unreadable) on my Opera 7 browser (1024x768).

The size is ok in Voyager (1280x1024)... I didn't try it in Opera 7.50
yet...
