    Thanks!
There is indeed a connector there but unfortunately I don't have a cable with such a connector
You can probably get it on Ebay

    I found it!

    Thanks!

That's good too but it's only 6 pins!
Will that be enough for all cards?

Radeon x1300 arrived today and it doesn't work
I've already spent a fortune on video cards hoping to finally get the machine working, I'm getting bored
MorphOS started loading from the CD, which the CD drive also indicated with a flashing LED, but after a few flashes it stopped, as if MorphOS was not compatible with the computer itself.

Unfortunately the x1300 has a heatsink that I couldn't put in the bottom pci-e slot because it didn't fit!
the nvidia was placed in the bottom rail and the x1300 above it but there's no image and when I looked at the osx hardware info it didn't even see the x1300
If I remove the HDD and only the MorphOS installation CD remains, it should automatically boot from the CD, right?
So MOS should boot without nvidia
I think the nvidia is only needed until I install the MOS system and then only the Radeon card should remain. However, I tried the card with MacPro 5.1 and it doesn't give a picture there either! Open core is installed so if the card worked then there would be a picture
unfortunately they cheated me with this card :(

Take out the plastic deflector (I know the fans will rage, but it's just for testing) and put the X1300 in the bottom PCI-e slot. Then try to boot MorphOS and report what happens.

The card cannot fit into the lower rail because it is obstructed by the processor separator plate.

I removed the cooling on the bottom of the card so it fit in the lower pcie rail and put the nvidia in the one above it and connected the monitor to it
so there was only a black screen and after a while the fans started spinning up!
After I took out the Radeon card it worked again so unfortunately there is a problem with the video card

Spinning up the fans suggests that MorphOS has somehow crashed or not booted at all.

From my experience (see Quad thread) one can either have no display but the CD booted to the language/ kbd selector as with the R5 230 or it completely fails as with the MacPro card.

I tried but when the Radeon card was also in the machine, the Nvidia card didn't give a picture either.
I'm looking for a card on eBay but everyone there wants to sell it for a very high price.

Careful X600XT refers to the build in GFX in the 20“ iMac.

Such cards do not exist as Apple PCIe cards and PC cards don’t fall under the AtomBIOS compatibility.
They might work in an X5000 or SAM which can handle PC BIOS.

Yes, all Radeon X1300 to X1950 cards with AtomBIOS *should* work.

But how do I know which x1300 and x1950 has atom bios?
or do these 2 types all have this bios?
And what about the Sapphire ATI Radeon X1600XT?
    is this also Atom BIOS?
    Unfortunately I couldn't find a cheap x1950 card and I don't want to pay again for a card I can't use
    the x1600xt is not expensive
if it also works with atom bios I would buy it

If it's a card for x86/x64 Windows/Linux PCs (so not one for PPC/x86/x64 Macs), it has AtomBIOS.

    > what about the Sapphire ATI Radeon X1600XT?

"X1300 to X1950" is a range and includes any X1600.

The compatibility list is incomplete, so the XT variant is supported, see:

    https://morph.zone/modules/newbb_plus/viewtopic.php?topic_id=13334&forum=11 (#2)

There are many more variants of several graphics cards missing in the list which are most likely compatible.

Thank you very much for your help and to the other members of the forum as well!
Then I'll order the Radeon x1600xt
But first I'll take another look to see if I can find a cheap x1950, it's definitely much better than the x1600

This works under MorphOS, very Silent and Fast Card
HIS Radeon X1950 Pro ICE Q3 Turbo 256 MB GDDR3 (256-bit) 2x Dual Link DVI
    http://www.hisdigital.com/de/product2-77.shtml
    &
    Sapphire Radeon X1950 Pro 265mb
    https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/sapphire-x1950-pro.b7825

Have testet both Cards in G5 11.2 2.3ghz with MorphOS 3.19

The question is whether it's possible to flash both cards with a Mac BIOS here. If so, which ROM should be used and where can it be found? Ideally, I'd like to remove the second graphics card (Nvidia 6600) as well.
