    I can't login to SoundCloud.com in Wayfarer 3.2. Does anyone have this problem?

    I remember that I was able to login to the SouncCloud in Wayfarer. Unfortunately I don't remember which version of Wayfarer...

    I used this User Agent string: Mozilla/5.0 (Mobile; Android; rv:48.0) Gecko/48.0 Firefox/48.0 KAIOS/2.0

    Set it as "Custom" in the settings, all the playback codecs turned on, adblocker off, Delete all cookies/caches -- and then Refresh.

    This seemed to work for me. I didn't know I was logged in until I went to the "Library". It would not login with username/password. It read "our robots think you are a robot", or something to that effect. It did login thru a connected Google account.

    I have tried the solution and... you are right - I can log in to my SoundCloud account. :) Thank you for the solution.

    Unfortunately SoundCloud website is terrible heavy. Almost useless. :(
    I would like to have a lightweight SoundCloud application which allows to login to my account. Maybe created in Hollywood...

    This one is also a good option for speeding up YouTube as well:

    @Jacad:
    Please check following URL (with "Medienwiedergabe (mediaplayback)" is active):

    https://www.mopedreifen.at/Motorrad/SUZUKI/VANVAN+125+%28RV125%29.html?id=1704

    And now wait and do nothing! - just look.
    You can see RAM going down continiously and after about 15sec ,a "background tune" appears. After about further 5 mins my G5 (2GB) runs out of memory and Wayfarer dies,,,,,

    Without "Medienwiedergabe" it works normal.

    System: Wayfarer 3.2 and MorphOS 3.16 on a G5 2.3GHz, 2 GB

    @ Amigaharry2 - I used IKE's Custom User Agent (Mozilla/5.0 (Mobile; LYF/F210Q/LYF-F210Q-000-00-10-111219; Android; rv:83.0) Gecko/83.0 Firefox/83.0 KAIOS/2.5 YouTube/1.92.52.J) and with that the page loads as you'd expect and it plays the audio you mention, and that's on a MacMini 1.5GHz, and there's no slow down, and no disappearing RAM. 8-D

    We use User Agent "Mozilla/5.0 (MorphOS; PowerPC 3_14) Wayfarer/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko)". We (I and some other users) have tested this on different G5 and it allways runs out of memory (only if Mediaplayback is on) in short time.

    See discussion here (German): https://www.a1k.org/forum/index.php?threads/74229/page-10 (starts at #190).

    With your User Agent, RAM goes also down but not so quick: about 2MB every 10-15 secs. I've testet it quite now, till RAM was going down from 1450MB to ~1000MB - and it does'nt stop there........

    @Amigaharry2

    I'll take a look, but my options may be limited here - buffering is done via JavaScript with the Media Source player.

    Btw, the a1k link requires registration.

    Edit: OK, I've had a quick look and - at least for me - it doesn't use MediaSource at all (even in Chrome). What it does instead is play a full 1920x1080 video without actually showing the video at all. That appears to trigger some incorrectly handled paths in my player. Should be fixable.

    Yeah, I noticed there's a problem with refresh when typing on some sites. This should be improved in 3.3.

    After updating a MOS installation to 3.16, and running Wayfarer 3.2 from the Applications drawer, it asks a volume named "System". How should this issue be fixed?

    Hmm.. there might be something accidently hardcoded to access System: volume, which is the default system partition name when using the automatic partitioner. I bet jaca will fix that to SYS: in the next version, but for now you could assign System: to SYS:

    Check your Wayfarer downloads path. There's no hardcoded System: path in Wayfarer itself.

    The link to a website below also includes an embedded video: using Wayfarer I cannot play it. I already asked Jacek and he said that he can play it. Please, can anybody else test it? I have all options (media playback) enabled. Thanks!

    No. does'nt work here too.
    Thats a YT-Video (https://youtu.be/SEKKvxdV0tk), but even with direct call it crashes after several sec playing.....

    Edit: Seems to be a new problem on YT: Every video seems to crash after several secs! Screen beginns to "melt down".

    Downloads path is Sys:Downloads.

    It is not necessary to assign System: especially to Sys:, e.g. RAM: works as well.

    Which codecs did you enable in media settings? What user agent are you using? A trashed picture is *usually* a sign that your CPU is too slow for the selected quality.

    If it crashes, do make sure you send the logs.

    @jacad:
    I'm not sure what is happening here! I have two locations, where I use MorphOS - one with cableconnection and the other one with SIMM-Card-Router.
    I am now at cableconnection and it seems to be OK (G5/2,3GHz)
    The problem was with SIMM-Router on a G5/2,0GHz. Normaly speed of Simm-connection is more than enough (I watched YT 720p without any artefact or else in the past).
    Yesterday every YT-video crashed after a few secons (no changeing any prefs). That means: Not Wayfarer itself crashes, but the movie shows only (really wild) artefacts on the screen (like brocken decoding). Audio was OK.

    Im back at that location next weekend and can test further - perhaps it's a router-problem (?)...

    Maybe Snoopium would reveal what it tries to access from System?

    Unfortunately not... There was no 'System:' in any of the targets Wayfarer tried to open.

    @jacad: Found out that only 480p has this problems. With 360p or 720p it works normal and CPU-load is <90% (G5/2,3GHz).

    Check out https://youtu.be/8NocgzC0waY (skip commercial).

    Wayfarer 3.3 is now available!

    - HTTP HEAD requests to resources would poison the Curl disk cache with 0-byte files, leading to websites failing to load/work correctly
    - Minor speed improvements in JavaScriptCore and timing code
    - Improved refresh speeds when typing text on websites showing animated contents as you type
    - The HLS player will iterate through all streams of the master playlist now if a selected sub playlist fails to play
    - Re-worked post-seeking playback restart to avoid auto-start of streams that start playback from non-0 position
    - Fixed audio buffer under-run handling
    - Invisible video streams fixed not to enable overlay
    - Improved invalid certificate error handling UI flows
    - Disabled touch events support

    Big thanks to Michael Rupp of taws.ch for helping me getting TAWS to work in Wayfarer.

    @ jacadcaps - thanks for the latest update, I'm sure it was more work, which I'm really grateful to you for . . .

    . . . but I still cannot access the ebay message images that only load up as thumbnails. I can see it is a JavaScript issue, as that is in the message field in the bottom of the GUI, but it never triggers the images to load up from where they are kept on ebay's servers, which should open into a larger black bordered window, overlaid on the message window - is this likely to get fixed? :-?

    The reason I get so frustrated by this issue is that I have to get out of mothballs my Windows system to view the images, which is very irritating, as I dislike Windows, as it is so sluggish to do almost everything by comparison. :-/
