Welcome to MorphOS .... ENJOY
I think you mean 1.5GHz rather than 1.5GB RAM as the Mac Mini is only capable of having 1GB of PC3200 184-pin RAM fitted in the single slot.
If so, you've got a comparatively rare Mac Mini with the 64MB VRAM 'silent upgrade', which is what I'm using as well, every day for most of my home computing, but my needs are less demanding than some users day-to-day requirements.
I'm not much of a gamer using emulators, but I'm sure someone will 'pop-their-head-round-the-door' and welcome you with more knowledge as to gaming joy. I've not used a PS1 - Free PS Emulator
or GnGeo - NeoGeo emulator
with MorphOS, but I'm sure many others have, so I can't personally offer you any background information to that subject - just a warm welcome.
