Interesant to port? anyone that could be interested?

Looks pretty easy to port (compared to some other common requests *g*). It uses SDL. Maybe it'll compile (almost?) out of the box.

I would LOVE to see a port of this! No if's and's or but's. This is something I would really be interested in.

Well I'd give it a try tomorrow ... but ... no internet connection on my Pegasos (no WLAN-Ethernet bridge yet) and I don't know how to transfer the sources from my Mac to the Peggy. Hell I don't even know if the Ethernet cable I got with my router is suitable for connecting the two (Mac manual says I need a "twisted pair" cable and I don't know how to find out if that one is ...).

So maybe someone else does it ...

And if you're just interested in Star Control 2, and not in porting it, it might be worth downloading the "3DO musics" archive, that contains some of the original 3DO version musics in .ogg format.

You can't save them on a CD with the Mac and read this with the Peg? I use this system for transfer file from my PC to Pegasos. :)
