Do you see the mail in preview-window? (before clicking directly to the mail to open?)

No. If the preview window is enabled, a blank window is automatically opened when I click on the e-mail. If it's disabled, the blank window is opened on a doubleclick.

Very weird. This behaviour occurs on my G5 and the Powerbook G4, but not on my iBook G4. All three have got MorphOS 3.18 and Iris 1.22 installed. If I copy over the Iris directory to the other devices, this behaviour still occurs.

So it has to be a issue outside IRIS! Strange!
What happens if Wayfarer is not installed (only IRIS allone)?

    @jacadcaps

I use the app in MorphOS/Qemu. Iris works perfectly, thank you very much! Wayfarer also works very well. Thank you for your wonderful work!

Hmm, usually I sort my mails by date.
But sometimes I need to have it sorted by name, so I can see the course of the conversation.

I am used to the fact that - if I have marked a name (mail address) - the older mails from this sender are displayed below it. But that doesn't work here.

    What am I doing wrong?

Looks like the selected e-mail doesn't get re-selected when you change the sort order. I'll fix that.

Btw if you want to see emails from a given sender, it's easier to just use the filter field above the message list.

Iris 1.25 is now available. Changes since 1.22:

    - Fixed overriding folder function in Folder Settings
    - Fixed Insert Link appending http:// for some valid protocols like mailto
    - Fixed issues related to viewing emails with Iris' install path containing special characters

The 'DEL' key on Mac keyboards is actually backspace, which is well... backspace. I cannot use it to delete mails since it'll clash with string editing, etc.

1.26 is now out to address a regression when creating calendar events. This version is also linked against the same WebKit as Wayfarer 8.0.

Kinda OT nitpicking, but none of the Apple KBD I have here have a key named "DEL", well there is one that says "Entf"(ernen) aka "Remove".

Backspace is in the same location as it is on PC KBDs just like delete is on full size KBDs. Laptop and the non Numpad external KBDs do lack DEL at all (you do fn+Backspace).

The real question is whether DEL/backspace could be used in a context sensitive way whenever no text is being edited.
Which could/should be possible by the MUI string/textedit/??? class "eating" those events when active so they only go up to the higher group object when not editing, which then would utilize them to delete emails or select them with cursor keys.
