Upcoming openssl3.library hotfix for MorphOS 3.17

    MorphOS Team will be releasing a new openssl3.library on Tuesday November 1st 2022.

    This release will include a fix for a security vulnerability (*), and once released is recommended for all MorphOS users to install.

    *) The actual details and scope of this vulnerability is not yet public knowledge. The OpenSSL project team does rate this vulnerability of CRITICAL level. See https://www.openwall.com/lists/oss-security/2022/10/25/4 for currently available details.

    @ Piru - thanks for keeping the security of our MorphOS systems as a high priority - I've swapped out the old and replaced it with the new library (v4). ;-)
