As the title states, what's the best program to play all forms of musick modules under MorphOS?

otherwise there is SongPlayer and AminetRadio.

The best program for this is UADE. In fact it is a reduced form of Amiga emulator using native 68k replayers, so it replays those old modules very good. Exciter Player is just a GUI for UADE.

AmiNetRadio is a quite capable player with a lot of functionality and plugins. you will like it. It gets just beaten by TuneNet which sadly does not work on MOS. But ANR has some stability problems. It crashes not that rarely so you better save your data more often when using ANR. Does anyone know if ANR is about getting an update in the near future? It would be fine to see an updates version.

I think an update is unlikely, even more so in the near future.

Dunno but ANR crashes for me. Deliplayer (with 2.34 patch) also locks up my system. OTOH exciter works really fine however it lacks basic visual cues (for example audio volume control, time of song / playlist) etc. I hope its author can update it someday in the future :)

Unfortunately not. I have messed up the internal command string and canot re assosiate correctly the MIME type of mp3. How do I revert it to the default?

Unfortunately though I can't hear any sound (the song appears to be playng on sbar but I can't hear anything). That's on the default configuartion of MOS3.1 + PU 3.1. All other players I have used run well (e.g songplayer). When selecting Options of Ambient_SoundPlayer I get the following: Failed to create prefernces class. Hope that helps to determine the problem.

EDIT: I rebooted and works fine! Many thanks! Only problem the error message "Failed to create preferences class".

Exciter is unable to playback Jim Powers in Mutant Planet. I am checking my list of MODs for the time being and I will report the ones that don't work.
