I have I think a hard cuestion for the specialist people from here, I just arrive on this foro today! happy to be a Morphos User many thanks and grettings for the morphos team and his comunity its a great System.

well in my little experience in Morphos now come a lot of questions about this great S.O. and I´m so curious to know what about aplications for virtualized other system on Morphos, If any similiar in Morphos like VMWare? or VirtualPC?, yes I know you think why emulate this toys systems but I think to use Morphos more than never I can think and for that I need to prepare some things if its posible of course.


One of my interesting thing on life its Music and I have a long trayectorie about DJ´s, at the moment i usually to play VirtualDJ with an Hercules Profesional series, and I need to know the way to make run the program on Morphos it will be amazing if its posible do that, I understand native its no way for that and I ask about virtualized the windows on Morphos for example.

¿Any Wine program like in linux side on morphos? or any DJ program like VirtualDJ on Morphos as well?

Sorry for this cuestions but I want litle a litle use Morphos for my daily uses, and i think for ask nothing to loose.

no there is no virtualization software on MorphOS, and i doubt the MorphOS hardware would be fast enough to run a virtualized system. Especially if you are thinking of running a virtualized a X86 system : )

I think current MorphOS hardware may *only* (as opposed to "especially") be not fast enough when CPU emulation is involved.

Not that I'd be aware of, and being editor at amiga-news.de I suppose we would have heard about it if there were.

But if emulators could also be of help for you, I'd like to point to Aminet just in case.

Thanks, I believe if you dont know must be that is not virtualized APP for Morphos, now I know there is not a "VMWARE" like programs at the moment for Morphos :( any way still a great System, maybe in future some one guru development make a virtualized aplication :)
