Does someone else have this same problem as I have while playing an audiocd ? The arrows to switch forward (or backward) for another song don't work with me.

Can someone put an audiocd in his powermac and test it with ANR ? I can't select the next or previous song.

I don't usually use ANR and this is probably why too, anyway it just skips back and forth to the only first two tracks. I had to add the tracks to the play list (recent, then go from there

actually..it does work once files show up from the media library, but not sure if that's what you are looking for gui ver 2.102, ANR ver 4.696 (08.20.28)

I just want to put in a cd, and skip the song I do not want to hear... I now use "songplayer" for that.

I tried different GUI, but problem is still there.

Maybe I should go for AmigaAmp .... or doesn't that work with MorphOS ?

It does. And most recent version even has a workaround for a MorphOS incompatibility present in prior AmigaAmp version(s).

I can't get AmigaAMP to work ... I did copy the directory to my harddrive, also put the Powerup-engine, in the engine map. And all it does is saying "INIT" and I can't even close it.

AmiNetRadio is a shoutcast and mp3 player. Playing CDs was added as an afterthought, so no great effort was put into getting it right. You should use some other software.

Check if the tooltype "NOOS4" is activated, else you won't be able to use equalizer and playlist. I don't know if this can block all, since here it doesn't happen.
AmigaAMP can plays .wav tracks from a cd but with no equalizer effects...
I set the engine on "Autodetect" and here works with no issues.

I now use Mplayer. I test some more when I have time.

you mean after all this you hadn't even used mplayer? I thought you just had a anr preference or something, mplayer for morphos is like the best port of the software :-D

I did have Mplayer, but I always liked winamp style with skins and as such. Well time to kick it out I guess.
