After I boot from the MOS 2 CD the systems will crash if I double click on any item (disks, MOS 2 installation buttons etc.) I believe it might be graphic related because a black box appears over the pointer then the screen turns colors and disappears leaving me with a black screen.

I have a peg 2 with 512 Megs Ram and a voodoo 3500tv agp.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the exact same problem with a voodoo 3 3000 agp card.

MOS doesnt seem to like voodoo cards anymore with 2.0.

You need to use boot argument "noaltivec"

Exsample: > boot boot.img noaltivec

You need to do so untill they fix this. You can setup you MOS to boot automaticly with arguments see:

This is apparently my fault, caused by a bug in gfx-op altivec code (that is hw-accel with radeon cards, so never triggered then) that happens under certain conditions. Like already mentioned it can be worked around with the NoAltiVec boot-option until the upcoming update is released...

My apologies to all the non-radeon folks out there.
