We had this problem before with Fusion, Shapeshifter, Basilisk, etc, now it is much easier: MacOS X is sold separate from a Macintosh. You do not need a Rom-File. I don't know american laws, but in Europe they can't forbid you to use it on any computer. They can forbid to copy it, to spread it, and of course you will not get any support if you use it on another Computer but those who are listed in the readme of MacOS X. It's different of course if you take the MacOSX CDs from another Computer and install that on your Pegasos. But nobody can forbid it if I go to a Mac-Shop, buy MacOS X and install it on your Pegasos. And that is exactly what I'm going to do. Steve Jobs may know it!
Who cares if they like it, they have to accept! The law is with us.
