    @ gunne:

    Thank you very much for the way how to run pixel from Ambient. It's a
    simple and elegant way.
    To load a picture, I have found a solution. on the morph.ini file
    there is this line:

    BrowserDirectory=sys:

    I replaced it by
    BrowserDirectory=MorphosHD:Apps/Pixel32/Pictures

    and now I can load files from this path.
    cool ;-)

    I tried to run it in command line but after a quite long list of variables not found the prog fail to start
    with:
    Failed to initialize PowerSDL library.
    I put it in LIBS folder. :-(

    Are you sure you've a current version of PowerSDL ?
    powersdl.library 10.5 (14.01.05)

    Check if you have different versions of the lib
    in SYS:Libs and MOSSYS:Libs .

    There are some new libraries added to the powersdl.lib
    Dont know if you need them ... but it cant hurt to
    check for them too ...

    powersdl_net.library 13352 ----rwed Gestern 18:25:17
    powersdl_ttf.library 504472 ----rwed Gestern 18:25:17
    powersdl_image.library 641688 ----rwed Gestern 18:25:17
    powersdl.library 352044 ----rwed Gestern 18:25:17
    powersdl_mixer.library 195404 ----rwed Gestern 18:25:16
    powersdl_gfx.library 76772 ----rwed Gestern 18:25:16

    I 've replaced the 8.01 rel. with the 10.5 and now it starts! Uauh! If I draw a new image it semms ok, but when I try to open an image Pixel32 goes crash. I'm agree with Acill I'll buy it when it will be more stable. I hope Pixel32 team tell us good news.

    There is no such thing as Pixel32 team. :-) At least officially. But if you want good news, i think we've found (together with Pavel) what causes the random crashes here and there. Stay tuned. :-D

    @ Ossian:

    Have you edited the morph.ini file ?

    Have you replaced the line:
    BrowserDirectory=sys:
    by
    BrowserDirectory=your pictures path?
    For me is:
    BrowserDirectory=MorphosHD:Apps/Pixel32/Pictures

    Please, dont browse your had drive cause the file browser is broken.
    Just load your file from the place yuo indicated on the morph.ini
    file.

    People want a MUI style in the interface, not like the windows/linux interface, says that has potential but too buggy actually... I prefer the MUI style too... I consider that, being the program very skinnable, probably can be adapted for look as the native widgets of the running platform...

    But, uhm...anybody seen this?

    Good work Pavel and Chain|Q, Pixel is progressing nicely. BTW: Is the fullscreen-bugginess related to the SDL-implementation?

    @killbill

    Window resize bug in fullscreen mode is fixed in the next PowerSDL release.

    PowerSDL will be built-in into the next MorphOS version?

    @timofonic

    Not necessarily "built-in" but a contribution. PowerSDL needs constant updating and at some point libraries on the CD are older than the newest available.

    (Thus it is likely V11 update doesnt install libraries to MOSSYS:Libs anylonger but uses standard LIBS: instead.)
