    Game over! :(

OK, that was a lot of text there.

For those of us who thinks babelfish translation is about as difficult to understand as plain german in the first place, what was all that about (in short)?

    Aha... "very nice"... :-(

I hope someday that they will come back, because we really want them on our platform. It seems to be like a strike (every site mentioned above it says only a "Bye). I hope that this wil be temporarly. :-(

    @ mk:

    You got certain facts wrong:

    > 1. News at Amiga-News: "TLSFMem O(1)-Speicherallokator 1.4"

    ...must read:
    "Speicher-Allokator: TLSFMem O(1)"
    http://www.amiga-news.de/de/news/AN-2007-10-00051-DE.html

    > 3. PAB and Senex deletes _ALL_ previous Comment from
    > TLSFMem, including those from third parties

Not a single comment got deleted, everything is still there for who have eyes to see.
But what indeed happened was an announcement of a new TLSFMem release with said readme on amiga-news.de

This must become the rule #1 in every Amiga forum:
"NEVER bash an Amiga developer, even if you are right. With only a handful of them left, we simply don't have this luxury"
Violators should be banned for at least 1-2 weeks, imho. If we keep this way, we will become a community with users only and no devs. This means death.

For those interested in drawing their own conclusions - at least for that part of this story that is related to amiga-news.de - I gave a summary of that incident at amigaworld.net yesterday.

WOW! The biggest abandonment in the Amiga history! Who said that our developers can't agree in anything? Here you have them all fleeing away together.

Someone said in the AmigaWorld thread that "Amiga.org thread describes everything that happened after the fact as a joke".

Joke? If this is a joke, then what is a bad joke for these guys? We all know that the MorphOS team actually enjoys very much seeing their poor users suffering, but I didn't know that other independent developers shared that hobby.

Hey, don't look at me that way for saying this!

    It's a joke too!

    :-(

No, as you can see by checking the IP addresses. Apart from that it would be the server administrator, not the webmaster.

I think everyone should learn to ignore the trolls and do his/her own thing. If everyone who got into an argument about something decided to pull their software/website/info over an argument or something someone said, there would be no Amiga/MorphOS/AROS/etc... site in existance today.

I personally think all parties should relax and agree to disagree...
    A4000/060/PPC-200MHz, A4000T/060/PPC-233MHz, CD32, MicroA1, Pegasos 2 G4, AMD Phenom Quad Core 2.5GHz, MacMini 1.5GHz/64MB VRam...mwwmwahhh :)

Please forgive my ignorance, but are any of these people on the MorphOS 2.0 team? Is the new version in any trouble from these events?
