    I think Andreas wanted to make a joke. Anyway, couldn't you tell you TV set to expand the original image, to fill the screen?

    Not quite. Honestly, I couldn't care less how others like to watch their movies, but I very well know that I prefer to see circular tyres over oval ones :-)

    I have to small problems with OWB (well problem for me might be no problem for you ) :

    - I can't add the GMplayer icon in Polynet NG toolbar, when I look in to the Mplayer map I see a "gmplayer.icon" but no "gmplayer" ? But I do see a "mplayer" and a "mplayer.icon" and I can add that, but I want the gui.
    - second problem ... how do I select the subtitle of my dvd ?

    Polynet probably doesn't handle project icons correctly. Anyway, you can just open information on mplayer and enable the GUI tooltype (this is also described in the readme).

    For DVD subtitles, just go the the subtitle menu and select the wanted language (select cycle first if no language are listed). It can also be done from keyboard with 'j' key, IIRC.

    I think I tried that GUi thing on the Mplayer because I did read the readme... must have done something wrong.

    Project Icon .. first time I hear about that. What does it do ?

    Project icons are mostly seen on document files, in icon information they can have a default tool (what opens the file when double clicked) defined, this is usually set by the application which created the file. The GMPlayer.info project icon has it's default tool set to MPlayer and a tooltype to enable the GUI, so it's basically a way to provide an alternative to the default config, but it is not associated with a GMPlayer file which confuses Polynet.

    @Fab

    Been watching some "live" performances of old 80's tracks on youtube.
    Think you have got some major work to do.
    Some of the singers lips don't seem to be moving at the exact same time as I'm hearing the words.

    P.S. I heard a rumour this could be cause some of these major stars are lip syncing but surely that can't be it.
    ;-) :lol: :-D
