My Pegasos doesnt boot anymore.
It just comes up with Quark/Openfirmware and it chews some time on the harddrive.
Then nothing happens.
I have not registred my pegasos 1 system yet because I didnt know it was the macadress that was the serialnumber.
So I do not have a MorphOS cd )= .

Anyone got a clue or idea how to solve this?

No.
I just installed earth 2140 and when I started it, it froze.

The harddrive is spinning up and it seems that it stops booting just before the MorphOS logo shows up.

Ok, so the OF screen clears? Try adding a line with "Wait 1" before IPrefs in your startup-sequence.
Oh.. no MorphOS CD? Mhh.. if you boot with ramdebug, try without, see if it boots then.

I think you need to put line:

Wait 1

to s:startup-sequence before "IPrefs".

You can boot from MorphOSBootCD to be able to do it.

hrm... i have no MorphOSBootcd. And cant download it because I dont have registred.

The openfirmware screen does not clear.
it just stays with:
Quark/Openfirmware

This "wait 1" problem can be fixed with new IPrefs command which is distributed in updated PoseidonUSB 3.3 archive.
http://www.platon42.de/ - but I see that the file is no more available But again, you would need to access to your system files.

You can try some devices changes... DVDROM, USB... but MorphOS CD 1.4.5 comes in handy anyway,
so register, download and enjoy your MorphOS again for sure
