I was formated the 20GB HDD and i have the following partitions:

    - bi0 FFS 50MB noboot mount for boot.img

    - All the available dh0 SFS boot mount for MorphOS system and others...

try to run MorphOS but crashes after show MorphOS splashscreen (in OF, after load boot.img) and after a strange sound in the HDD (as crac or something), but I can read an write when executing from HDD, connected the two HDDs and running from the 80GB one with all installed and same partition numbers, can't show dh0 of 20GB disk... What occour?

Lifecycle for a hd is two years ...
yours is probably double this age.
And if it makes strange noises throw
    it away.

    Hi timofonic,

    I agree with Robin,

    Probably your HD's almost dead.
It certainly has errors on it (the crack sound).

Hmmm, do we got programs to be able to mark bad blocks with the SFS filesystem?

    Bye,

    Spidey

two years for seagate, more for betters...

This reads and writes correctly, I don't think that the HDD is gone...
