Don't know if has been previously reported or if it's just my setup. Searched the forum and din't find any clue but ANR upon exit (while on idle or while playing a song), consumes about 95% of available system ram, system goes stalling for 2-3 seconds then ram gets available again. This behavior is 100% reproducable. It can consume easily up until 1.6GB ram making it the single most ram hungry proggy on MorphOS :P

Seriously though, ANR rocks with its sexy skin, on/off transprency, scream bar and I would like to continue my co-existance with it.

In tha past I had noticed that ANR was again displaying same misbehavior under certain circumstances (ie existing while RDesktop or VNC was active or similar stuff, can't exactly recall right now), so I am not sure absolutely sure if it's because of system or not. Anyone willing to take a short test with it?

There are known bugs in the last release version of ANR that corrupt memory on exit. I guess 3.11 is just more touchy about it.

Gelb reappeared for a while, made some fixes, and removed a whole load of MorphOS-dependencies so it ran on 3.x again (because it hadn't for a while). It was still very far from release though, before work took back all his time.

Come on guys, I am not the only using ANR, can anyone else check ANR with latest MorphOS? If it's my setup I must invistigate further or re-install because this keeps happening 100% of times tested..

I rather not do even any tests with it... won't risk it to see the day it corrupts SFS or something crucial... There are other mp3 players (Jukebox and 3rd party) and RNORadio for streaming.
