I don't think your Canon Pixma Pro-100 has PostScript (PS) capabilities, so you can't use the latest PPD options.
However, you may be able to use the TurboPrint option of printing to PS: and get the printout to end up on paper as you want it to.
You maybe able to use one or more of the MorphOS programs to load the image and save it as a PDF, which you should be able to print out more easily either with TurboPrint or VPDF or XPDF as the image should be able to be place where you know it would end up within the edges of the paper. I am also unsure how you are transferring the image to the printer, as a document or just as the raw image itself?
There is always GhostScript as well as an option to print the image out.
These are just suggestions, as I don't use TurboPrint at all on MorphOS as I have a PostScript printer which bypasses the TurboPrint program options.
